When we designed this project, we initially targeted IT and business service companies, but we soon recognised that Vox Technology Park could cater to any organisation needing a workspace to suit their lifestyle and successfully take their business forward.
We also considered the needs of the people who would be using the space every day. We wanted to bring other related services on site, services people might need day-to-day, to improve their quality of life on a professional and personal level.
Vox Technology Park – features and benefits
The eleven-storey building is located on Calea Torontalului, close to many key points in the city and is easily accessible by all means of transport. It’s a short distance away from the highway or airport and just 5–7 minutes distance from Iulius Town and Unirii Square.
Built on a total surface area of 35,136 sqm, Vox Technology Park is divided into two sections of different sizes, which are interconnected. As well as office spaces, the building incorporates:
- commercial and banking services, occupying 2,750 sqm
- a restaurant and bistro
- conference rooms for business meetings or events
- a snack cafe for short breaks or as an informal meeting space
- a suspended terrace for outdoor recreation
- a fully-equipped gym

To ease the access and traffic in the building, each floor within both the building’s two sections is served by a group of four passenger elevators.
