In August, the masonry and steel structure of the building was complete, while the facilities advanced to the upper floors. The power supply to the building is complete by 16% for high-voltage installations and 3% for low-voltage installations.
HVAC and sanitary installations are over 50% completed, which means a considerable progress for our building. Further work is being done on plastering the interior walls of the building.
As far as the facade of the building is concerned, 99% of the windows were installed and 84% of the curtain walls have been mounted, while the balconies were completed by 36%. Now, the exterior of the building is getting closer to our vision for the finished building.
The upcoming months will bring visible progress to the building and we will get ready for the big launch of the buidling by the end of the year.
